How to Cancel Headspace on Web, iPhone, or Android (2026)

Headspace does not have one universal cancel button. The correct route depends on who took the payment: Headspace, Apple, or Google Play. Find the receipt first, because cancelling in the wrong place leaves the real subscription untouched.

Identify the billing provider

Check the latest receipt or the subscription list on your phone. If Headspace appears in Apple Settings or Google Play, use that store. If neither store lists it, sign in to Headspace in a browser.

Do this before opening a support request. The store that collected the payment normally controls cancellation and refund decisions.

For a direct Headspace subscription, use the manage page

Sign in at headspace.com from a desktop or mobile browser, open headspace.com/subscription/manage, and choose Cancel Membership. If the button is missing, Headspace directs users to [email protected].

For Apple or Google Play, cancel in the store

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, choose your name, Subscriptions, Headspace, and Cancel Subscription. On Android, open Google Play, choose Subscriptions, Headspace, and Cancel subscription.

Cancelling a store-billed plan on headspace.com does not stop the store renewal.

Already charged? Keep the receipt and the cancellation confirmation. They are the useful part of a refund request.

Verify the end date

Return to the same subscription screen and confirm that renewal is off or an expiration date is shown. Save a screenshot or confirmation email and check the next statement.

If you received Headspace through an organization, the official help page says that access expires according to that agreement and does not need to be cancelled.
