Click "Settings & Members" in the left sidebar of your Notion workspace, or navigate directly to notion.so/my-account.
In the Settings panel, click "Plans" or "Subscription" in the left menu. You'll see your current plan details and billing info.
Click the "Downgrade" button under your current plan. Notion will show a comparison of what you'll lose (unlimited file uploads, version history beyond 7 days, etc.).
Already charged? Keep the receipt and the cancellation confirmation. They are the useful part of a refund request.
Check my Notion refund options →Select your reason for canceling and click "Downgrade to Free". Your paid features remain active until the end of your billing period, then you switch to the free tier.
Notion handles refunds on a case-by-case basis. Email [email protected] with your request. They're generally willing to refund recent charges, especially if you haven't used the paid features extensively.
