How to Cancel YouTube TV & Get a Refund

YouTube TV has a simple subscription model with no cancellation fees, but billing automatically rolls over unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription or free trial at any time.

Open YouTube TV settings

Go to tv.youtube.com on your computer or mobile web browser. Click on your profile photo in the top right and select "Settings". Note: iOS users cannot cancel subscriptions from the YouTube TV App.

Go to Membership section

In the Settings menu, click on "Membership". You will see your active membership, Base Plan, and any active Add-ons.

Click Pause or Cancel Membership

Next to your Base Plan, click "Manage". Then click "Pause or cancel membership" or "Cancel membership".

YouTube TV allows you to pause your membership for up to 6 months if you just want a temporary break.

Choose Cancellation and Confirm

Click "Cancel" to proceed. Select your reason for leaving, then click "Continue canceling". Finally, click "Yes, cancel" to complete the process.

If you are on a paid plan, your service remains active until the end of your billing cycle. If on a free trial, your service ends immediately.
