Click "Manage" on your Microsoft 365 subscription (Personal or Family). Then click "Cancel" or "Turn off recurring billing".
Microsoft offers two options: turn off auto-renewal (keep access until expiry) or cancel immediately with a refund. Choose based on your preference.
