Open your Slack workspace in a browser. Click your workspace name → Settings & administration → Workspace settings → Billing.
In the Billing page, find your current plan (Pro or Business+) and click "Manage plan" or "Change plan".
Choose to downgrade to the Free plan. Slack will show you what you'll lose (message history beyond 90 days, unlimited apps, guest access, etc.).
