Official account or cancellation path: Apple Music
On iPhone/iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions. On Mac: App Store → click your name → Account Settings → Subscriptions. On web: appleid.apple.com → Sign In → Subscriptions.
Tap or click on Apple Music in your active subscriptions list. You'll see your current plan, price, and renewal date.
Scroll down and tap "Cancel Subscription" (red text). If you're on a free trial, it will say "Cancel Free Trial" instead. Apple will ask you to confirm.
