Open spotify.com/account in your browser and log in. You cannot cancel through the Spotify mobile app — it must be done via the web.
On your account overview page, find the "Your plan" section. Click "Change plan" to see all available options including cancellation.
Scroll to the bottom of the plan options. Click "Cancel Premium". Spotify may offer you a discounted rate or a free month to stay.
Already charged? Keep the receipt and the cancellation confirmation. They are the useful part of a refund request.
