Go to chat.openai.com and click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner. Select "Settings" from the menu. Alternatively, navigate directly to chat.openai.com/settings/subscription.
In the Settings panel, find the "Subscription" section and click "Manage my subscription". This opens the billing portal.
In the billing portal, click "Cancel plan" or "Cancel subscription". You may be shown a comparison of Plus vs Free features.
