The Example Renewal
Assume a $99.99 annual renewal appears after the subscriber intended to stop using Microsoft 365. First confirm that Microsoft—not Apple, Google Play, or another seller—processed the payment.
Illustrative workflow: Microsoft 365
This educational scenario shows how someone could inspect a $99.99 Microsoft 365 renewal, stop future billing, and follow the refund or support choices displayed for the account. It is not a verified customer result.
Assume a $99.99 annual renewal appears after the subscriber intended to stop using Microsoft 365. First confirm that Microsoft—not Apple, Google Play, or another seller—processed the payment.
Open the official Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page, sign in with the purchasing account, and locate the active Microsoft 365 subscription and latest order.
Select Manage and review the choices for that account and region. Turning off recurring billing affects future renewal; an immediate-cancellation or refund option appears only when Microsoft considers the purchase eligible.
If an immediate cancellation and refund option is displayed, read the amount and access end date before confirming. If it is absent, contact official Microsoft support with the order number; do not assume every renewal has the same refund window.
Tell Bill Vampire what unwanted renewal or trial charge you are facing. We organize a structured request with the relevant details; Microsoft makes the refund decision.
